These are important guidelines for inspecting your shipment and what to do if there is a problem.
 
We try to ensure that all of your shipments arrive exactly as you ordered them. However, occasional mistakes may occur in filling an order or the product may be damaged in shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully inspect each shipment before signing the bill of lading. If your order is not satisfactory, please contact Palm International-Sulfuric.com Customer Service at 1-888-225-6231. We will be happy to resolve the issue. To expedite your service, please follow the procedures outlined below.
 
Incorrect Products or Overages
If your shipment contains incorrect products or excess material, notify Palm International-Sulfuric.com of the problem and note it on the bill of lading. Palm International-Sulfuric.com will correct the problem and will contact you to tell the next steps to take.
 
Shortages
If you receive fewer units in your shipment than is listed on the bill of lading, notify the driver and record what is missing from the shipment on the bill of lading. Your record of a shortage on the bill of lading instructs the carrier to locate the missing products. Palm International-Sulfuric.com will also be advised of the problem by the carrier and will contact you to complete your order in the shortest time possible.
 
Damages
If the containers in your shipment show visible signs of damage, ask the driver to inspect the shipment with you. Record a complete description of the damage on the bill of lading and if possible take pictures of the damage. Palm International-Sulfuric.com will be advised of the problem by the carrier and will contact you to correct or replace the damaged units.
 
With a partial damage or loss, you should accept the entire shipment. Palm International-Sulfuric.com will contact you to determine whether it can be salvaged.
 
Claims
For your convenience, Palm International-Sulfuric.com will assist you in filing your claim with the carrier if there is a problem with your order.
